Bill Nadeau - Head Instructor
Bill is an IANTD Instructor Trainer (ITT) and TDI Instructor Trainer (IT) at both recreational and technical levels. His instructing background includes PADI Staff Instructor: EMP Medic First Aid Instructor, NASDS Instructor Trainer; DAN Oxygen First Aid Instructor; and CPR/First Aid through the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation. Bill has published many books and training manuals on Scuba Diving and his articles on scuba diving and marine exploration appear in dozens of magazines and journals around the world . As a graduate from the University of Guelph Ontario with a degree in Environmental Studies, Bill applied his technical diving background and his experience as a commercial diver to a variety of positions in the diving industry including recovery operations for federal and provincial police forces. Since completing tenures as a research diver for Canada Parks various public aquariums and environmental companies Bill has dedicated his time to the Academy. Retired as a National Training Director and Licensee for IANTD, he continues to participate as a memember of IANTDS's Board of Advisors. Bill also sat on the British Columbia Diving Safety Committee and is a member of the local Coast Guard Auxiliary. Bill brings 20 years of internation diving experience to the academy.

Bill Coltart - Director of Operations
Bill C. Is Owner / Operator of Pacific Pro Dive & Surf Company, a full service dive centre, charter operation and travel centre located in the Comox Valley, British Columbia. In recent years bill worked with the Oak Bay Marine Group in the Seal Pup Recovery Program and as a Commercial Diver. Bill has put his extensive dive training and skill to work as a professional wildlife and marine cinematographer. His qualifications include IANTD / TDI / SDI / Instructor Trainer at the recreational and technical levels, PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, SDI / Red Cross First Aid and CPR Instructor Trainer, Occupational Nitrox Instructor, Technical Cave Diver and Rebreather Instructor Trainer. Bill also works as a Paramedic and with a diverse and highly respected diving background has been called upon to assist with rescue and recovery operations with the RCMP. As an active employer in the recreational scuba industry Bill has been a key player in development of the Sport Diving Career Program, seeing first hand the need for highly qualified and diverse employees.

Renee Knight - PADI Course Director
Partner and manager of the Cayman Diving School Renee provides a key component to the Academy's Internship Program. As a highly respected PADI Course Director she is responsible for conducting an integral portion of the Instructor Training for our program. She is a cerified mixed gass diver and active industry member, having taught dive programs throughout the world.

Mandy-Rae Cruickshank - PADI Course Director / Freediving Instructor
Mandy is a highly motivated and determined female athlete with a great sense of humor. She has developed an excellent understanding of the diving industry durin her 8 years working professionally as a PADI Course Director. Since learning the freedive almost three years ago, Mandy now holds five Canadian National records, finishing first place with her Canadian women's team in the AIDA Worl Championships and has gone on to hold the overall women's world record of No-Limits at 446 feet making her the deepest woman in the world.
Glen - Trainer
After spending nearly seven years in the Scuba Industry Glen has now worked his way into a position teaching with the College. He is an SDI OW Instructor as well as TDI CCR Diver, Advanced Nitrox, Trimix Gas Blender and is a very active with Divers Alert Network teach AED, Advanced O2 Therapy, Basic Life Support and Hazardous Marine Life Injuries. Glen also works Part Time as a Paramedic with the British Columbia Ambulance Service.

Indy - Mascot
Indy is a five month old Bull Mastiff who doesnt do much besides eat, sleep, ask for the odd belly rub and greet the occasional customer. Nice life!!
